About time we formed a group to sue the pants off of everybody who slanders SERBS!

Bob Dylan sued for racism by Croatian group

In a magazine interview the musician was discussing American slavery and used an example concerning Croatians that has earned a community group’s ire — and a lawsuit.

He may have been a prominent Civil Rights movement supporter, but Bob Dylan is being sued for racism.

A Croatian community group based in France is suing the veteran singer for comments he made in an interview earlier this year in the French version of Rolling Stone magazine.

Asked about America’s slavery past, Dylan said: “Blacks know that some whites didn’t want to give up slavery — that if they had their way, they would still be under the yoke, and they can’t pretend they don’t know that,” reports Shalom Life.

“If you got a slave master or Klan in your blood, blacks can sense that. That stuff lingers to this day. Just like Jews can sense Nazi blood and the Serbs can sense Croatian blood.”

It was the last part of that quote which seems to have got Dylan in trouble and upset the Croats. Serbian and Croatians have long been in conflict.

More here.

“If you got a slave master or Klan in your blood”…What a stupid remark!

Well, yes, some European-Americans do have slave owners or KKK members in their ancestry. On the other hand, many other European-Americans have white forebears who themselves were enslaved by Muslims, Communists, Nazis, or by all three, as in the tragic instance of the Serbs. Either way, the very last thing a present-day non-Muslim European-American would want to do is to own slaves. I am acquainted with a vast number of people in that demographic and have yet to meet a single one who wants to own a slave!

As a Serbian-American, no, I can’t sense Croatian blood. I’m not a bloodhound and I don’t think with my nose! There are good Croats out there and some of them live in Belgrade itself, quite at peace. One of the Serbian Orthodox churches that I have attended was partly funded by the local Croatian service club. Now if I see evidence that somebody has Nazi sympathies, no matter what soil their family tree sprang from, I’ll stand up and deal them an epic tongue lashing, and so will my friends and family members.

Turning political correctness against itself

If Bob Dylan or anybody else makes a stupid remark, I have the right to explain why I think it’s a stupid remark. I also have the right to laugh about it if I feel like it. No government deserves the power to shut down Bob Dylan or anyone else simply because that person made a statement that hurt somebody’s feelings. Even if, as in this case, the statement was silly and erroneous.

Fact is, governments already do have this power, and they exercise it at the behest of leftist pressure groups that enforce political correctness. Those same leftist pressure groups hate the Serbian people, mostly because Serbs are Orthodox Christians who reject the globalist, secularist, pro-homosexual, pro-Muslim agenda pushed by the power elite of the post-Christian west.

The way to make heads explode among the politically correct multicultural axis is for Serbs, both at home and among the Diaspora, to start using those “hate speech” and “political correctness” laws and regulations to sue the very people who have made their careers out of slandering the Serbs, including celebrities and others who hold, or have held, prominent government, media, or academic positions.

Here’s what pro-Serb lawsuits can accomplish:

  • We will discourage people from continuing to utter evil blood libels against individual Serbs and against the Serbian people as a whole.
  • Because the left does not want any laws that help Serbs or Orthodox Christians, the lawsuits will eventually lead to the repeal of these “hate speech” and “political correctness” laws, regulations, and codes. This will roll back tyranny and increase liberty.

That’s a big win. Let’s make it happen!

Great idea!

I wonder if Canada’s infamous “Human (group) rights Commisisons” can be used for this; historically (as in the cases of MacLean’s Magazine/Mark Steyn and Ezra Levant) the complainer doesn’t have to pony up a single plugged red cent to prosecute (persecute) their victims. I think this provision doesn’t expire for another month or so, so we could get in on the action now while the gettin’s still good!

Let’s remind people where our English term “SLAVE” came from: Muslims oppressing SLAVS!

As usual, 1389, you are ahead of the pack!

Here’s another take on the Bob Dylan story just out now:
