After all, the moguls of Silicon Valley worked hard and raised considerable money to elect and re-elect Obama. They’re still in bed with the Obama Administration.
Instead of suing the government for the right to disclose a little more information about the government surveillance that they have been coerced into doing, they should sue the government to stop the surveillance entirely. Or they could take stronger measures: refuse any further cooperation on Constitutional grounds.
