‘Anonymous’ terror group claims they hacked GOP’s ORCA software, jammed it on Nov. 6

The ORCA software was intended to coordinate the efforts of GOP volunteers on Election Day. By all accounts, it was inadequately tested and implemented in haste. But if the Democrats had the help of the ‘Anonymous’ hacker group to disable the ORCA software, they most likely also had their help in hacking the voting machines themselves.

Question: Did ‘Anonymous’ work for free, or did David Axelrod see to it that they got paid?
