With the help of the MSM and the GOP Establishment
In her recent column, excerpted below, Ann Coulter “connects the dots” between David Axelrod, the Daley Machine, and former US Senator from Illinois Barack Hussein Obama – and the recent smear campaign against Herman Cain. Then as now, David Axelrod worked to eliminate Obama’s rivals by leaking allegations about sexual misconduct. Then as now, the leftist media and the GOP establishment (a/k/a RINOs) used the opportunity to attack a Republican whose policies were too conservative for their liking.
Were it not for David Axelrod’s unethical (and illegal) activities in accessing and leaking confidential information, Obama could never have been elected to the US Senate, and his political career would most likely have ended in 2004.
The difference is that, today, we have the Tea Party, as well as the blogosphere and various social media. The “race card” went overdrawn sometime in 2010, and the “sex card” has just now done the same. Now we can expose these dirty tricks and trace them back to their origin. Our opponents on the left, namely the Democrats and the RINOs, can no longer deny us the right to vote for conservative candidates.

Herman Cain has spent his life living and working all over the country — Indiana, Georgia, Minnesota, Nebraska, Kansas, Washington, D.C. — but never in Chicago.
So it’s curious that all the sexual harassment allegations against Cain emanate from Chicago: home of the Daley machine and Obama consigliere David Axelrod.
Suspicions had already fallen on Sheila O’Grady, who is close with David Axelrod and went straight from being former Chicago mayor Richard M. Daley’s chief of staff to president of the Illinois Restaurant Association (IRA), as being the person who dug up Herman Cain’s personnel records from the National Restaurant Association (NRA).
The Daley-controlled IRA works hand-in-glove with the NRA. And strangely enough, Cain’s short, three-year tenure at the NRA is evidently the only period in his decades-long career during which he’s alleged to have been a sexual predator.
After O’Grady’s name surfaced in connection with the miraculous appearance of Cain’s personnel files from the NRA, she issued a Clintonesque denial of any involvement in producing them — by vigorously denying that she knew Cain when he was at the NRA. (Duh.)

Herman Cain has never lived in Chicago. But you know who has? David Axelrod! And guess who lived in Axelrod’s very building? Right again: Cain’s latest accuser, Sharon Bialek.

Within 24 hours of Bialek’s press conference, friends and acquaintances of hers stepped forward to say that she’s a “gold-digger,” that she was constantly in financial trouble — having filed for personal bankruptcy twice — and, of course, that she had lived in Axelrod’s apartment building at 505 North Lake Shore Drive, where, she admits, she knew the man The New York Times calls Obama’s “hired muscle.”

The reason all this is relevant is that both Axelrod and Daley have a history of smearing political opponents by digging up claims of sexual misconduct against them. [emphasis added]John Brooks, Chicago’s former fire commissioner, filed a lawsuit against Daley six months ago claiming Daley threatened to smear him with sexual harassment accusations if Brooks didn’t resign. He resigned — and the sexual harassment allegations were later found to be completely false.
Meanwhile, as extensively detailed in my book “Guilty: Liberal ‘Victims’ and Their Assault on America,” the only reason Obama became a U.S. senator — allowing him to run for president — is that David Axelrod pulled sealed divorce records out of a hat, first, against Obama’s Democratic primary opponent, and then against Obama’s Republican opponent.
Back in the Bad Old Days
We still lived in Chicago during the 2004 Illinois US Senate election. During the primary, Barack Obama was still considered a political “outsider”; the Democrat machine in Cook County opposed him. But because of disunity among the Democrat heavyweights at that time, party support was split among several other contenders, including Illinois Comptroller Dan Hynes, businessman M. Blair Hull, Cook County Treasurer Maria Pappas, and school board president Gery Chico.
Political consultant and speechwriter David Axelrod had already joined forces with Barack Obama. Then as now, Axelrod targeted his attacks on the frontrunner, leaking confidential information to damage Blair Hull in the Democrat primary, and Republican Jack Ryan in the general election.
We noticed that Obama was getting a great deal of support from somewhere. That was an anomaly in Chicago, given that none of it was coming from the Daley machine. As expected, the ultra-liberal Hyde Park/University of Chicago community turned out for him in force. Obama also had a campaign office in a black neighborhood in Chicago’s West Side, where a large and expensive fleet of white vans bedecked with Obama logos stood ready to shuttle voters to and from the polls. We figured that out-of-state money was involved. The infamous hard-left billionaire George Soros was backing Obama; in fact, Soros had hosted a fundraiser for Obama at his home in New York.
But it takes more than money for a truly bad candidate to win. Someone has to eliminate the competition so that no viable choices remain. It is no accident that we voters repeatedly must choose between “the lesser of two evils”.
…Axelrod’s courthouse moles obtained the “sealed” [child custody case] records and, in no time, they were in the hands of every political operative in Chicago. Knowing perfectly well what was in the records, Chicago Tribune attorneys flew to California and requested that the court officially “unseal” them — over the objections of both Jack and Jeri Ryan.
Your honor, who knows what could be in these records!
A California judge ordered them unsealed, which allowed newspapers to publish the salacious allegations, and four days later, Ryan dropped out of the race under pressure from idiot Republicans (who should be tracked down and shot).
With a last-minute replacement of Alan Keyes as Obama’s Republican opponent, Obama was able to set an all-time record in an Illinois Senate election, winning with a 43 percent margin…
What this means
I agree that those idiot Republicans who threw Jack Ryan under the bus deserve to be tracked down and shot. Their craven capitulation to Axelrod’s smear campaign led first to Obama gaining the US Senate seat, and then to the Obama presidency and our current dire predicament. They should have done some detective work, exposed Axelrod and Obama, and hung them both out to dry.
Thus we see how a few moments of cowardice on the part of a handful of people can bring a cascading avalanche of disasters upon the entire world. Let that be an object lesson to us all.
David Axelrod is of the same moral caliber as Gloria Allred and, for that matter, George Soros. They all belong in prison, or worse, though no one thus far has mustered the political will to put them there. By now, most of the American public has come to recognize that any client of Gloria Allred is a moral leper who deserves no credibility whatsoever. We must also recognize that any politician who accepts advice from David Axelrod, or money from George Soros, is also a moral leper who is unfit for any role in public life.

The Chicago bunch failed so down they went to Altanta to finish Herman Cain off but those who know Herman Cain will never believe any of this and Herman Cains family knows a lie when they see it and I say Herman stay with the message and roll with the punches. Sexual allegations aside, I would like to see an article written of Herman Cain Flip Flops on Foreign policy spending (first he would look at military spending before making an assessment, then he announced he will NOT cut military spending). On abortion he said it was the family’s choice, not governments to decide-then he flipped in the same sentence and said he would ban abortion. He said he would place an electric fence on the boarders, and then he said he was kidding. He said he would make congress make 3 page bills, and then he said he wouldn’t. He said he would consider prisoner swap trade at Guantanamo, then in the same day at the debate he said he would never swap prisoner exchange.
Then he said he would allow a right to return for Palestinians before he knew that it goes against Israel. He said he supported TARP during Bush, and while as is a board member of Whirlpool and ARGO received a combined 25 million dollars of TARP corporate welfare. Then now while he campaigns he is against TARP! He also said the FED does not need an audit, that there are so many internal audits of the FED that he wouldn’t waste his time. Then after the DOD-Frank bill was signed-with a partial audit of the FED approved, he changed his tune, saying the FED supported crony capitalism and probably had bad monetary policy. Then right before the Audit results showed 16 trillion dollars given to banks and corporations were to be released, he said Bernanke should be arrested and the FED audited . Sure he had privy to the information that would come out of an establishment he was a chair off and sure he knew the results because His companies received TARP money. Just because Cain is a small time crook when compared to the rest of the BIG time crony capitalists, doesn’t make him qualified to be POTUS. It means he is another flip flopping RINO. Wake up people, we don’t need more RINOS, regardless of the sexual allegations, his record speaks for itself.

I have no problem with anybody opposing Mr. Cain and supporting someone else for reasons of policy or because of their assessment of the candidates’ relative levels of knowledge and experience. Every policy suggested by every candidate is, and ought to be, up for debate. If Mr. Cain or any other candidate hasn’t formulated or expressed his policy positions with sufficient consistency and clarity, then that is a valid issue.
IMO, none of the candidates are all that close to what I would like to see. Nobody really gets the Counterjihad the way I think they should, and nobody really gets the Constitution the way the Founders did. So all we can do is to support the best candidate who is not Obama and not Mitt Romney!
What I do have a problem with is somebody faking evidence and spreading lies about ANY of the candidates, and using those lies to remove their candidate’s rivals from the race, before I or anybody else even get a chance to cast a vote. That’s just plain WRONG. If we let that continue then we have the outward form of a republic that serves only to legitimize a de facto system of rule by lynch mob.
Herman Cain may want to pull a train but he’s going down the drain.
The sexual allegations have each proven to be without any credibility. What the mainstream media is counting on is that the average citizen will hear only the accusations, and not look any further when it turns out that every one of the women are aging skanks with a long history of financial insolvency and of having made false accusations against others. Shame on the mainstream media for never telling us the truth about Obama. He never could have been elected to dog catcher, let alone president, if people had any idea of who and what he actually was.
