1389 Blog Is Back Online!

Please resume blog posting and commenting!

We suspended blog activities for awhile so that we could upgrade the PHP software, migrate the database to a new version of MySQL, and install the current version of WordPress.

The URL and the “look and feel” are unchanged. The only difference should be faster access times.
