Afghanistan: Jihadists in U.S. Army uniforms attack NATO base

Quoth Muhammad: War is deceit.” “Insurgents attack 2 bases in east Afghanistan,” by Rahim Faiez for the Associated Press, August 28:

KABUL, Afghanistan – Insurgents wearing U.S. Army uniforms launched pre-dawn attacks Saturday on a major NATO base in eastern Afghanistan and a nearby camp where seven CIA employees were killed last year in a suicide bombing. NATO said there were no coalition casualties and the attacks were repelled.
…
Afghan police said about 50 insurgents attacked using rifles, heavy machine guns, rocket-propelled grenades and other weapons, but had been repelled.

After being driven away from the bases, the insurgents approached the nearby offices of the governor and provincial police headquarters but were driven off, said Khost provincial police Chief Abdul Hakim Ishaqzai.

“Given the size of the enemy’s force, this could have been a major catastrophe for Khost. Luckily we prevented it,” he said.

Small arms fire continued through the morning, while NATO helicopters patrolled overhead.

NATO said two insurgents had managed to breach Salerno’s perimeter, but were observed cutting the fence and killed immediately.

Dead insurgents were seen wearing camouflage jackets and pants seemingly identical to those warn by U.S. Army soldiers….

It always happens whenever we trust Muslims

The following is an excerpt from a 1999 article about another false-flag operation carried out by the narcoterrorist/Islamist KLA, who, under various names and guises, were then, and still are, the local branch of al Qaeda in Kosovo.

This, of course, took place during the aftermath of the Kosovo War. For those not old enough to remember, Bill Clinton arm-twisted NATO into going along with him in his unprovoked war against the Christian Serbs, on behalf of the Muslim KLA.

The KLA obligingly helped him out by masquerading as Serb soldiers to commit acts of violence against civilians, so as to give Clinton some halfway-credible pretext to bolster his shaky rationale for committing the US and NATO militaries to make war on the Serbs.

Masks!

On December 3, 1999, Agence France Presse (AFP) reported that UN police and KFOR [that is, NATO] troops found illegal weapons, KLA uniforms, and Serb police uniforms in a house “inhabited by members of the future Kosovo Protection Corps” [the successor to the supposedly-disbanded Kosovo Liberation Army or KLA].

Would someone please tell us: what are KLA operatives doing with Serbian police uniforms?

Remember all of those news stories about various war crimes and atrocities that were supposedly committed by Serbian police, often wearing masks, during the NATO bombing and before?

The stories completely contradicted other reports, such as official documents from the German Courts, which ruled that there was no persecution of ethnic Albanians in Kosovo. [See note #2 at the end]

Of course, the stories did not offer any hard evidence that the culprits were actually Serbian police.

But these stories certainly were convenient for the NATO sales team, and the mass media, in terms of selling the war against the Serbs. What an effective way to turn public opinion against the Yugoslav nation and the entire Serbian people!

One thought we had at the time: ANYBODY can put on a stolen police uniform. And the KLA wouldn’t have to steal the uniforms either; they could simply manufacture identical uniforms in any clothing factory.

This is all especially eerie because we read a Reuters story dated December 4, 1999 about the fighting going on in Chechnya, in Russia. According to the story the “US-sponsored Radio Liberty” reported that “masked Russian troops had opened fire at close range on the column of refugees.”

“Masked Russian troops”? Again, why the masks? IF they were trying to disguise who they were, why wear Russian uniforms? Unless of course they really anti-Russian troops trying to provide negative media coverage to be played in the West, where the governments (especially the Clinton administration) are supporting the Chechnya rebels behind the scenes because they want to see Russia broken up into edible pieces.

Illegal arms cache found in homes of Kosovo Corps members

PRISTINA, Yugoslavia, Dec 3 (AFP) – A stash of weapons was found in a house in southern Kosovo inhabited by members of the future Kosovo Protection Corps, UN police said Friday. UN police officers and members of the NATO-led forces in Kosovo (KFOR) searched two houses in Stimje, where they said they found “anti-tank rockets, anti-personnel land mines, sub-machine guns, thousands of bullets, as well as Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) and Serb police uniforms.” They arrested two members of the Kosovo Protection Corps, who police said would be charged with “illegal possession of military armaments.” Police did not specify the number of weapons found, only indicating that the number was “substantial.”

The take-home lesson

Never fight on behalf of Muslims, and be exceedingly wary of Muslims as enemies. Muslims can never be counted on to follow the ‘normal’ (i.e.,customary European) rules of warfare, though Muslims are always the first ones to complain whenever they can find a way to make it look as though we are not following our own rules.

Iran bans pet ads, brands dogs “unclean”

Of course, so did the prophet of Islam: “Ibn Mughaffal reported: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) ordered killing of the dogs, and then said: What about them, i. e. about other dogs? and then granted concession (to keep) the dog for hunting and the dog for (the security) of the herd, and said: When the dog licks the utensil, wash it seven times, and rub it with earth the eighth time.” — Sahih Muslim 551

Note also that just as unclean as dogs are unbelievers.

Sharia Alert from the Islamic Republic of Iran: “Iran bans pet ads, brands dogs ‘unclean,’” from NewsCore, August 27 (thanks to Weasel Zippers):

IRAN today banned all advertisements in the country for pets, pet shops, pet food and other pet products, claiming that people’s love for their dogs and cats may lead to “evil outcomes”.

The edict, announced by Iran’s powerful Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, is based on a fatwa issued by Grand Ayatollah Nasser Makarem Shirazi, 86, a hardliner who lives in Iran’s holy city of Qom.

Okay, I’ll admit it. Although I’m mostly a cat person, I like dogs too. But that isn’t the point here. The real issues here have to do with tyranny, and with the unreasoning hatred and disgust that some people feel toward innocent living creatures.

Whenever any government, at any level, arrogates the power to micromanage the lives of its citizenry to this extent, we have a problem. Evidently, in the case of San Francisco, they might have become a little embarrassed by the ridicule resulting from media exposure. Iran, on the other hand, has no such compunctions.

San Francisco Pet Ban Delayed

San Francisco has told its contentious plan to ban the sale of all pets but fish to sit and stay — until January at the earliest.

The city garnered national headlines last month, when the city’s Animal Control and Welfare Commission proposed banning all pet sales in a move aimed at keeping small animals from being dumped on the Animal Control.

That commission last night, however, opted to put off discussion of its potential ban until 2011. The commission did come up with a new idea, however: Requiring would-be pet owners to obtain a license and take classes. This would ostensibly cut down on impulse purchases of guinea pigs and other small animals inundating the Animal Control office.

Let it be known that, as far back as last month, SF Weekly suggested alternatives: a “guinea pig fee” to offset the city’s costs in caring for hordes of abandoned rodents or a waiting period for potential pet buyers — “the Guinea Pig Brady Bill.”

These half-serious suggestions don’t look so outlandish anymore.

Deflecting suspicion by pretending to ‘liberalize’ Muslim life

Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi, who, despite what some of his supporters claim, is neither peace-loving nor “moderate”, has warned Muslims in western lands to ‘cool it’ for the time being.

Why this strategic retreat? It seems that the constant efforts to import the benighted and savage Muslim ideology and lifestyle into western nations has begun to draw negative attention. More and more of the citizenry (though not yet the governments) of western nations have learned to be suspicious of everything having to do with Islam, and with very good reason. For just one example, the outrageous attempt to build a huge mosque next to the Ground Zero site has alerted much of the public to the true nature of Islam, and has given rise to widespread public protests. As far as Qaradawi and other jihadis are concerned, it will never do to have the public catch on while there is still time to put a stop to their activities.

Top Muslim Cleric Qaradawi Urges Western Muslims to ‘Liberalize’ – Outwardly, Anyway h/t: Gates of Vienna

…Qaradawi is referring to those other aspects of Sharia law — you know, subjugation of non-Muslim infidels, absolute authority over women, jihad, draconian punishments, and all the rest — that do create “hardships” for Muslims who try to implement them in the West, for instance, by getting them arrested and imprisoned.

In other words, far from “liberalizing” Muslim life, taysir allows only for insincere conformity. As Qaradawi made clear, to practice taysir is not to renounce Sharia’s otherwise harsh obligations; it is to put them on hold till circumstances are more accommodating.

Qaradawi’s Muslim Brotherhood colleague, Tariq Ramadan, provides an ideal example: he recommends that a “moratorium” — a temporary ban — be placed on the Muslim practice of stoning adulterers to death; yet he refuses to say that stoning is intrinsically un-Islamic. This, of course, is taysir in practice: because stoning people in the West is liable to get the stoner incarcerated or worse, upholding the Sharia mandate to stone adulterers is “hard” on Muslims living in the West, so best to put it on hold — that is, till circumstances are more opportune.

A final observation: the notorious doctrine of taqiyya, which permits Muslims to deceive non-Muslims, is rooted in taysir; in fact, one of the few books devoted to the topic, al-Taqiyya fi al-Islam, spends some time rationalizing taqiyya in light of taysir. And there it is: when Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi, perhaps the most authoritative Muslim voice in Sunni Islam today, calls on Muslims “especially in Europe and America” to practice taysir, he is, in essence, calling on them to practice taqiyya — calling on them to conform outwardly to Western standards while inwardly maintaining loyalty to Sharia.

Within the past few decades, mosques have increasingly dotted the landscapes of American and European cities and towns, with mega mosques often overshadowing adjacent, centuries-old churches in predominantly Christian regions. Islamic schools or academies and a host of Muslim organizations have become omnipresent across the West.

Meanwhile, Americans and Europeans have made countless accommodations to Muslim demands. They have included footbaths; high-decibel, five-times-daily calls to prayer; segregated male-female gym and swimming pool hours; halal food; workplace dispensations for handling pork products and for female head and face coverings; and special, public prayer rooms. Also, shari’ah-compliant financial transactions, the expunging of offensive likenesses of Mohammed or imagined depictions of Arabic characters that connote “Allah,” official swearings-in on Korans in place of customary Bibles, the neutralizing of official descriptive language about Islamists and the jihad, the revision of so-called offensive content in movies and television programs, the removal of representations of pigs from the public sphere, and many other acculturations to Muslim entreaties have all been made in the service of respecting Muslim religious beliefs and practices.

To those in Western democracies, these accommodating actions appear, on the surface, to be little more than harmless civil gestures, respecting the needs of a growing religion in their midst and welcoming a new addition to their proud, multicultural tradition. Many Westerners pat themselves on the back for their liberal bent, their tolerance and their open-mindedness.

Little do they realize that this strategic pattern of demands is part of an insidious, 1,400-year-old proscription for Muslims that originates in the Koran and the Sunnah, the deeds of Mohammed. It is the Hijra or doctrine of immigration. Modeled by Mohammed’s migration from Mecca to Medina, this immigration is not to a romanticized melting pot wherein newcomers gratefully search for opportunities for a better life in liberty and freely offer their talents and loyalty to benefit their new homeland. This is immigration for Islamic expansionism employing ethnic separatism to gain special status and privileges within the host country. Hijra is immigration designed to subvert and subdue non-Muslim societies and pave the way for eventual, total Islamization.

WHY paranoids have real enemies

The short answer is: because they make their own enemies. Yes, Charles Johnson labels Diary of Daedalus (a/k/a DoD) as a “stalker blog.” But if this label fits in any sense, it’s just another example of “what goes around, comes around.” CJ has been infamous for tracking LGF commenters to other blogs and banning them if they are seen posting on any site that CJ no longer approves of, or supporting anybody he has turned against. CJ also has been known to “out” those who have donated anonymously to his blog in the past by tracking their identities through PayPal.

Besides, if CJ and his mindless minions stopped reacting with such exaggerated fury to any real or perceived slight against the hive-mind at LGF, nobody would bother making fun of them any more. By their sheer moonbattery, they provide the rest of us with low-cost entertainment.

Jihadis victimize everyone

On Christmas Day a brave Dutchman, Jasper Schuringa, played a very big role in preventing yet another terrorist triumph.

He was able to subdue the young Islamist Nigerian man, Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab and stop him from murdering a plane-load of people and then getting his virgins, raisins, or whatever these brain-washed Islamists think is waiting for them in Paradise.

Now the airlines of the world have to think hard about what they can do, yet again, to keep the airlines safe.

But can they? Christopher Hitchens doubts it, and wonders why the majority of us have to endure these basically useless procedures.

Daniel Pipes suggests using the methods employed by El Al, Israel’s airline.

People who follow the activities of Islamists worldwide would not have been at all surprised.

Thwarted terror plots and Islamist Militants’ incidents are almost daily occurrences. The only surprises are the out-of-the-box methods that are constantly updated. It seems these people have nothing better to do than figure out new ways of killing people they hate and disagree with!

What a "noble goal" in life that must be!

This is a global problem, yet the leaders of the world simply don’t want to know about it, let alone deal with it effectively.

Yes, there is a river in Egypt called "Denial".

Another fact often overlooked is that these attempts at mass murder do not only occur in the west, but in many Islamic countries. Pakistan is a good example of this. Muslim on Muslim murder. And of course who can forget the beheadings by the Taliban.

In 2009 there was quite a string of such plots and incidents and they have been well-documented by those who follow these issues.

She is not alone. To list all the people who document these incidents is quite a task: Robert Spencer, Daniel Pipes, and Steven Emerson, to name but a few.

It is indeed astonishing that people, moderate Muslims and non-Muslims alike, do not protest in front of their respective government agencies constantly and say "enough already!"

It is quite unbelievable. Is it fear? Political Correctness? Apathy? Ignorance? All of these and maybe more? Why should any civilized person have to put up with any form of medieval behavior in the twenty-first century?

Excusing jihadis; demonizing those who defend themselves

And yet recently I read on Ms Geller’s excellent blog about Bill Ayres et al protesting about conditions in Gaza, which, by the way, are not nearly as bad as people would have you think.

These people are ably assisted by the Viva Palestina crowd led by George Galloway who has just been accused of lying by the Egyptians.

Mention must also be made here of the "gifts" bestowed on Israel and the rest of the world by Jimmy Carter. His apology for his comments about Israel, and his role in adding to the global jihad should not be underestimated.

It is as if they are totally ignorant of what is actually happening, and ignorant of the fact that not only the Israelis, but also the Egyptians control the crossings to Gaza. It is not just ignorance. It is deceit, and it is affecting many people who live in the Middle East: Muslims, Jews and Christians alike.

But I forget: Gaza is a fashionable cause, and Israel, that tiny strip of democratic land in an ocean of Islamic theocracies and dictatorships, is the cause of ALL the problems in the world – yep, sure it is!

All those "occupied territories" ..err.." disputed territories" are the root cause of it all!!

And please dismiss from your mind the thousands of rockets that were launched into Israel which eventually lead to the Gaza war and the infamous Goldstone Report.

Shame many people don’t realize the real situation in Israel.

I am not trying to demean the suffering of the Palestinians, especially the Gazans, who, under Hamas have indeed suffered, yet most of this is due to their leaders who are obsessed with maintaining power, accumulating wealth, and are totally disinterested in the welfare of their citizens.

Corruption is king. Teach your children to hate. Get money for weapons from the West and build almost NO infrastructure. Make sure the United Nations helps you all the way, and perpetuates this ridiculous situation. Can’t have a bunch of UN employees out of a job, can we?

Tennis Jihad

Yesterday I read that New Zealand is protesting an Israeli tennis player, Shahar Pe’er. This is not this first instance of "Tennis Jihad".

It has happened in Sweden too.

Is it not strange that two western democracies allow politics to interfere with a sporting event in this day and age?

Am I being naive? Are all sporting events tied to politics like they were in Hitler’s time? They shouldn’t be. Is history repeating itself?

This is the disconnect: every day we hear of Islamist terrorism all over the world. No one says a word; no one protests, no one minds being patted down and removing their shoes at airports.

People of all races and creeds everywhere are threatened by radical Islamist extremists who are willing to kill and die in the name of their belief system. (I hesitate to call it a religion).

Blame must also go to the left-wing post-modernists who ably support them in the name of political correctness and self-loathing.

But one Israeli tennis player in New Zealand, and one in Sweden, cause demonstrations. These two countries, fine examples of Western liberal democracies, should hang their heads in shame.

This situation is very hard to comprehend. "You can’t be serious!" Indeed, Mr McEnroe!

It will interesting to see which “moderate” Muslim advocacy groups speak out now in defense of Hizb ut-Tahrir and its conference, since Hizb ut-Tahrir openly supports Sharia and the restoration of the caliphate, with all that means for the denial of rights to women and non-Muslims [emphasis mine]. CAIR’s Brave Ahmed Rehab responded with roadblocks and detours when asked about them on Fox last year.

• Islamic hardliners return for Sydney convention after push for ban fails

  HUNDREDS of Islamic activists are assembling in Sydney for a convention being held by the controversial Islamist group Hizb ut-Tahrir.

  This is its first big event in Australia since a failed push to outlaw it three years ago.

  Senior Hizb ut-Tahrir (HT) members have flown in from Britain for the conference, which is part of a series of events being held around the world, as the group steps up its campaign for the formation of a trans-national Islamic state.

  …

  In 2007, when HT held its last international assembly in Australia, the federal government considered banning the organisation in response to claims that it incites religious hatred and indirectly encourages terrorism.

  But ASIO advised the then attorney-general Philip Ruddock that there was insufficient evidence to proscribe the group as it did not advocate terrorism.

  HT explicitly rejects the use of violence in its quest for an Islamic state. But it supports militant campaigns against Western forces in Afghanistan and Iraq, and opposes the existence of Israel, which it calls an “illegitimate” state that “must be removed”.

Political correctness versus survival, again

It is a disgrace that we should have to be going through this every time our Muslim enemies hold meetings on Western soil.

In the US, it is long past due for a Constitutional amendment to disqualify Islam as a religion protected under the First Amendment. Islam is not a religion in the sense that our Founders envisioned a religion to be. Like Nazism and Communism, Islam is an expansionist, totalitarian, enemy ideology that seeks to rid the world of everything other than itself.

Ideally, the amendment should go further than that, so as to ban immigration or naturalization of Muslims, as well as to forbit the signing of any treaty or alliance, the sale of any weaponry, or the rendering of any form of assistance to any country or nation with a predominantly Muslim population.

Australia and every other civilized part of the world should do the same.

The blowback

The ongoing US intervention in the Balkans, against the Orthodox Christian Serbs, on the side of the Muslims in Bosnia and Kosovo, is responsible for most of the jihadist resurgence in the past two decades. Every US president since Reagan left office has been siding with the Muslims in the Balkans, and this represents folly to the extent of treason against US interests. By now, anyone who still believes that the Saudis, or any Muslim nation for that matter, could possibly be allies of any non-Muslim nation is mentally incompetent to serve in public office.

Saudi Arabia is the source of the radical Wahhabi imams who are radicalizing other Muslims all over the world, including the US. The US/NATO intervention in the Balkans opened the door for them to work their evil, not only in the Balkans, but throughout the EU and the US.

Islamists linked to the fundamentalist Wahabi movement have been blamed for the attack on the mufti and police said three suspects had been charged with disorderly conduct.

• Balkan Insight: Radical Islam “Threatens Macedonia”

  02 July 2010 The Skopje branch of the Islamic Religious Community, IVZ, in Macedonia has warned that radical Islamist groups following Wahhabi teachings are trying to take control of the central mosques in Skopje.

  Skopje Mufti Ibrahim Shabani, who is the head of the IVZ branch in the capital, made the remarks after a fist fight broke out on Friday in one of the main Skopje mosques when the dismissed leadership of the Isa-Bey mosque refused to let in the newly appointed imam from IVZ to lead the prayer.

  “This was a coup prepared by radicals who operate in Skopje,” Shabani said. “This criminal Wahhabi gang is known for its radical practices and misuse of Muslim believers.” 

  Shabani accused the discharged imam, Ramadan Ramadani, for leading the group that caused the incident.

  “We will ask the authorities to break these radical groups and bring them to justice. This was proof that the Wahhabi structures go against the institutions and against the IVZ constitution, the rule book and the hierarchy,” Shabani said.

  Ramadani denied any involvement with radical groups.

• Ground Zero Mosque: Americans Get a Taste of Serbdom

  Last week I blogged about the radical Islam that, thanks to our interventions in the Balkans, has entrenched itself in Kosovo and is now proceeding according to plan. That is, targeting not the Christians whom we helped them target originally, but the ultimately intended victims: the area’s non-radicalized Muslims. I also mentioned the connection of this trend to the participation of Albanians on the Gaza Flotilla.

  The very day that I posted these items, there was a new blog acknowledging the same problem — from none other than the Weekly Standard’s Stephen “Suleyman Ahmad al-Kosovi” Schwartz. Schwartz spent the 1990s making radicalization of the Balkans inevitable by shilling for the “national” interests of the nominal Muslims there — who surely would be immune to the radicals we were infesting the region with! …

  …[T]he international community has failed to protect non-Albanian language rights and [has] allowed the flag of the Republic of Albania to fly on most public institutions since 1999. In their report’s conclusion, the UN officers point out that the Pristina sports stadium is emblazoned with “an enormous picture of an armed, bearded, combat-uniformed KLA leader.” Such an image, they argue, runs counter to the UN’s original mission of making Kosovo a secure environment for all residents. Failure to remove the provocative poster demonstrates that the international community is in fact “bowing to the dictates of extremists and warlords.”

  That comes from a 2008 interview with Canadian military reporter Scott Taylor, who in a subsequent article underscored that “there are innumerable monuments all over Kosovo to honour these ‘heroes’ and ‘martyrs.’ Given that this conflict in Kosovo was a bloody inter-ethnic civil war, and the fact that the original NATO mandate was to provide a safe environment for all Kosovo minorities…these monuments to KLA fighters only serve to intimidate non-Albanians.”

  Intimidation. Precisely the point of the Ground Zero mosque. Yet what could Americans expect to happen when they raised no concerted objection — and continue to raise no objection — to our leaders doing this very thing to other Christian nations? Remember, what we’re doing with Kosovo is still reversible, with only 69 recognitions out of 192 UN members (35.94%) so far approving of the independence that would enshrine and legitimize this international crime engineered to win over Greater Islam.

  Like many others, even while fretting about the Islamization that has been the result of supporting the violent Albanian national cause, Schwartz continues to support that cause.

  As Peter Worthington, an early detector of the Kosovo fraud, wrote last year in the Edmonton Sun, supporters of the Kosovo war should be embarrassed. Instead, they shamelessly continue talking and writing about this issue. Suleyman al-Kosovi Schwartz is in no position to still be flapping his gums instead of feeling like the useful idiot that he is.

  Does the Weakly Standard have any idea that the man whose Balkans writings it promotes is a fraud? I realize that the term “neocon,” at least in my interpretation of it, means one who takes a longer time to appreciate reality, but this is ridiculous.

  But then, we’re always in a vacuum when the subject concerns Serbs. Why, that wasn’t Islamism — merely Albaniansism, and necessarily the result of something the Serbs themselves must have caused. Much like the way people view the so-called Israeli-Palestinian conflict. (And never mind that Islam and Albanianism have innumberable uncanny similarities.)

  If the Ground Zero mosque goes ahead, Americans will get the slightest sense of what it feels like to be a Serb living on Serbian land, occupied by one’s tormentors. Some might call it poetic justice. I call it the logical conclusion of Western policies in the Balkans, where the demise of the Free World was sealed by our own hand. What we did to Balkans Christianity when we joined the jihad against it on five fronts was the beginning of the end for all of us.

Follow the money, if you can

Who is paying for the huge Ground Zero mosque complex? That’s a good question. Saudi Arabia has provided lavish funding for Wahhabi mosques, community centers, “charities,” and other establishments throughout the world. But there has yet to be any official word on the funding source for the Ground Zero mosque.

• The Ground Zero mosque and media conquest of Islam

  …An identified group with unknown sponsors has purchased a building with US$ 4.85 million cash steps away from where the World Trade Center once stood — to turn it into potentially one of the largest New York City mosques or Ian slamic Mecca right inside USA.

  The Imam, Feisal Abdul Rauf, told the New York Times — which put the story on its front page — that he has assembled several million dollars to turn it into ‘’an Islamic center near the city’s most hallowed piece of land that would stand as one of ground zero’s more unexpected and striking neighbors.’’

  The 61-year-old Imam said he paid $4.85 million for it — in cash, records show. With 50,000 square feet of air rights and enough financing, he plans an ambitious project of $150 million, he said.

  Most US mosques, including many in Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx are funded directly or indirectly by Saudi Arabia the country to which 15 of the 19 hijackers who bombed the World Trade Center belonged. The UAE, Qatar and Iran are other major sponsors across the USA…

Political correctness versus survival

It is time for Constitutional amendment to disqualify Islam as a religion protected under the First Amendment. It is not a religion, but an expansionist, totalitarian, enemy ideology that seeks to rid the world of everything other than itself. The same amendment should ban immigration or naturalization of Muslims, as well as forbidding the signing of any treaty or alliance, the sale of any weaponry, or the rendering of any form of assistance to any country or nation with a predominantly Muslim population – with absolutely no exceptions whatsoever. And I do mean NO exceptions, not even if the country’s current government claims to be secular.

In ANY conflict, the side with the Muslims is always the wrong side. They are, by their own definition, always our enemies.

Under the radar

While we are all worrying about Kagan confirmation hearings, the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the near-worldwide economic collapse, the Iranian and North Korean nuclear threats, and the Gulf oil leak, the cesspool of jihadism in the Balkans goes nearly unnoticed. It stays off the radar screen, not only in the socialist mainstream media, but also in outlets such as Fox News and most of the conservative blogosphere. And when it is mentioned, likelier than not, Serbs are blamed for violence committed by their jihadi enemies.

Why is this important?

It’s important because, for over a decade, the US and its NATO allies have devoted tremendous effort to helping the Bosnian and Kosovar Muslims to set up jihadi strongholds in the Balkans. The Balkans jihadis are quite simply the local branches of al Qaeda in Europe. At the same time, we claim to be fighting al Qaeda and its affiliates in Iraq and Afghanistan.

If you try to fight on both sides of the same war, only one things is certain: you will surely lose. And so we will. This foreign policy is not merely evil, it is completely insane. But don’t expect the media to tell you this, considering that the media played such a key role in getting the US into this untenable position to begin with. Were the mainstream media, or for that matter, anybody in the US or NATO military or governments, to admit the truth about what has been going on in the Balkans, widespread shock and disbelief would ensue. It’s anybody’s guess what would happen next.

The Muslim-controlled parts of the Balkans form a stronghold from which jihadis can easily smuggle drugs, weapons, money, propaganda, and people into the rest of Europe, and from there to the US and just about anywhere else.

  Kosovo police arrested five members of an Islamic humanitarian organization suspected of “criminal activities.”

  The five suspects were associated with a humanitarian organisation called Iskrenost (Sincerity).

  The arrests took place late on Friday in the southwest city of Prizren in an operation in which 120 police officers were deployed. Berisa said police confiscated a large quantity of weapons during the operation, including automatic rifles, pistols, ammunition and uniforms.

  As is so often the case with the Balkans, analysts are quick to attribute the problem of jihadist activity to the influence of “Wahhabism,” though without accounting for why the Wahhabists’ teachings resonate so readily with what we were told were peaceful, secularized, tolerant Muslims. To suppose otherwise, of course, raises the specter of there being something about Islam, even among our modern, moderate “friends and allies” that is not of the Wahhabists’ invention, but nonetheless generates acts like the one described below.

  … In a post last week about an Albanian mass killer at a Finnish shopping mall, I mentioned that a British news channel (whose identity I’m trying to ascertain) referred to the perpetrator as a “Serb Kosovan.” Thanks to my source on this, “Serbstvo,” we have the actual video of the reporter saying this. Not the anchorwoman, but the male reporter in the field (whose name I could only discern as Roger Thomas) made the “mistake” even though the shooter’s name is clearly Ibrahim Shkupolli. Thomas isn’t even tipped off by the very next frame of his package after his mis-identification, which goes to a Shkupolli cousin in Kosovo, whose first name is “Islam.” …

Located at the juncture of Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia, and near a major roadway, this town briefly became a focus for investigators immediately after 9/11, and has come up repeatedly as a problem since. (Including as the nexus of the planned rocket attack on world leaders at Pope John Paul II’s 2005 funeral, which naturally went virtually unreported.) Here is what happened in February:

  Report: Judge denies extradition of Triangle terror suspect

  Raleigh, N.C. — A European judge has ruled that a man arrested in Kosovo last week will not be extradited to the U.S. to face charges that he aided a suspected terrorism ring in the Triangle.

  Bajram Asllani, 29, an ethnic Albanian and native of Mitrovic[a], Kosovo, was convicted of terrorism in Serbia and was under surveillance in his home country when he was arrested Thursday following an extradition request from the United States, according to the U.S. Department of Justice. He faces charges of providing material support to terrorists and conspiracy to kill, kidnap, maim or injure persons.

  Judge Agnieszka Kolowiecka-Milar of the European Union Rule of Law Mission denied the extradition request, ruling that Kosovo doesn’t have an extradition treaty with the U.S., according to Bulgaria-based FAN TV. Prosecutors were relying on a 2001 agreement between the U.S. and Serbia, but Kosovo has since declared its independence and isn’t bound by that agreement, the judge ruled.
