1 AC November 28, 2012 at 11:44 am: That last picture puts me in mind of the methodology of citizenship (and right to vote) from Starship Troopers. You get your right to vote AFTER you complete service. Not before, and not without. In the US, that woudl reduce the voting group down to about 1% or 2% of the population.
